Hello! I'm a Graphic Designer with a bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (laureate, 2021), working in the field since 2017. My graduation project, Tipos de Astro a Zahara, won the Gustavo Bomfim Prize of best graduation project of the semester, awarded by the Design Department at my university (dDesign).
I currently work with graphic design for licensing for Mr. Plot Produções, the studio behind one of the biggest children's content YouTube channels in Brazil, Mundo Bita. 🎩 On any day you might find me creating and updating style guides & assets libraries, designing prints, patterns and color palettes that will be used in products across the range of licensing partners of the brand. I am also responsible for social media content & graphics communicating the release of new animated videoclips (including newsletters, thumbnails, banners, stories) that are watched by 13+ million subscribers in Brazil and worldwide.
Key achievements of this role include:
✨ Print designs I created for brand Chico Rei achieved over 3,000 t-shirt sales in 2024;
✨ Activity booklets, calendars, and other free resources I’ve designed have been downloaded over 10,000 times;
✨ Working as a team player, I have managed, approved and given suggestions to the update of branded assets by industry partners.
I also work as both a designer & an illustrator on a freelance basis.
When I am not working or studying, I like playing the guitar 🎸, watching movies 👽, traveling 🛫, cooking vegetarian dishes 👩🍳 and cycling everywhere 🚴♂️. I am very proud to say I can quote Mulholland Dr. (2001) in its entirety.

As an undergraduate student, I was for four times assistant to the teacher in the disciplines Editorial Design, Design and Creativity and Design of Posters. I was also an assistant researcher with a scholarship and a laureate graduate.

I work as a graphic designer for licensing partners, creating and adjusting style guides, making sure the brand guidelines will be followed. I also work with the creation and implementation of prints, patterns, illustrations and other graphic applications on a range of products by different partners, such as clothing, household items, baby care, toys and books & social media.

As a part-time illustrator, I was responsible for the visual research and elaboration of graphic solutions for the Expressive Avatars project, in partnership with HP.

Intern graphic designer, working for marketing agencies in the creation of visual identities, social media campaigns, graphic projects for publications, menus, stationery and packaging. Clients included: local medical doctors, hotels, restaurants, food & beverage, supermarkets and retail.

I am working as a volunteer English teacher at Cidadão Pró Mundo since jan 2025, focusing on empowering low-income youth to get better work and educational opportunities.

Article presented at 9th CIDI - Congresso Internacional de Design da Informação
The article I presented at the conference was the result of a research analysing distortion of typefaces and its impact on the amount of information absorbed by the reader.

1st place at Scania Inovathon
I was part of the winning group of the first Scania Inovathon, a hackathon aiming to create inovative mobility solutions for big cities in Brazil. As prize, I visited the Scania headquarters in Sweden.

Science Without Borders Scholarship holder
As a former architecture student (unfinished degree) I was an exchange student at the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, as part of the Science Without Borders programme.
